Gambit is very happy with the warmth of his new sweater. I think he looks quite scholarly in it.
What do you think he’s trying to say here?

What did you do with my Jane Austen novel?
Cute. He’s got the librarian’s over-the-glasses look down pat!
Has he got a problem with his fur that he needs a sweater?
No, although last winter he had mange and no undercoat, so he was lucky it was a very warm one. We’re pretty sure he’s just part Doberman and they’re not cold weather dogs. Short, thin coat and a lean build doesn’t add up well for warmth! He’s miserable when it gets to be below 70!
Actually I’ve never seen a Doberman in a coat or sweater even when it’s freezing, only very small dogs. Have you checked with your vet whether there isn’t some other reason why he’s cold so easily, e.g. some circulatory problem? Of course a little more weight might help – might calm him down a bit too :-).
“No, young man, you CANNOT have extra credit.”
Haha, love it!
